Crypto Analyst VTa does not require creating an account. If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your device, alerts, feedback, AI credits, or eligible app records, please contact us by email.
How to Request Deletion

Device IDshown in the app, or attach a screenshot where it is visible. - If the request concerns a purchase or AI credits, include the relevant Google Play order information where available. Do not send card or bank details.
What Data We May Delete
- Device identifier and push notification token used to deliver alerts.
- Alert configurations and related metadata, such as symbol, timeframe, levels, and conditions.
- Feedback messages you sent through the feedback or support form, if applicable.
- Eligible AI analysis request records or AI credit metadata linked to your device, where deletion is legally and technically possible.
- Technical support records linked to your request, where deletion is legally possible.
Data We May Need to Keep
Some records may need to be kept, restricted, or anonymized instead of deleted where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal-claim purposes. Google Play billing records, subscriptions, refunds, and payment data are managed by Google Play under Google's policies.
Verification
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that the request relates to your device or app records. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion or disclosure of data.
Processing Time
We will process valid requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, unless additional time is permitted or required by applicable law.
