How to request deletion

Use the subject: Data Deletion Request — Crypto Analyst VTa
Include your Device ID (shown in the app) or attach a screenshot where it is visible.

What data we may delete

Device identifier and push notification token used to deliver alerts.
Alert configurations and related metadata (symbol/timeframe/levels/conditions).
Feedback messages you sent via the feedback form (if applicable).

Processing time

We will process valid requests within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).

Note: Subscription cancellation is managed in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting data deletion.
