Crypto Analyst VTa does not require creating an account. If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your device, alerts, feedback, AI credits, or eligible app records, please contact us by email.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email us at crypto.analyst.vt@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject: Data Deletion Request - Crypto Analyst VTa.
  3. Include your Device ID shown in the app, or attach a screenshot where it is visible.
  4. If the request concerns a purchase or AI credits, include the relevant Google Play order information where available. Do not send card or bank details.

What Data We May Delete

Data We May Need to Keep

Some records may need to be kept, restricted, or anonymized instead of deleted where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal-claim purposes. Google Play billing records, subscriptions, refunds, and payment data are managed by Google Play under Google's policies.

Verification

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that the request relates to your device or app records. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion or disclosure of data.

Processing Time

We will process valid requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, unless additional time is permitted or required by applicable law.

Subscription cancellation is managed in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting data deletion.
